2. How long does it take for my order once I place it to be shipped?

Once we receive your order it takes 1-2 days to make it ready for shipping. (Monday thru Friday) Additionally, the Shipping Times do varies depending on your shipping location but, below are some general shipping time ranges.

Within Ontario within 2-4 Days

Within Canada within 3-6 Days

International within 1-4 Weeks

 

3. Does the Coffee and Tea Emporium accept coupons?

Currently at this time we do not accept coupons.

 

4. Is my payment secured when I buy at the Coffee and Tea Emporium?

Your payment is secure through PayPal if there is any questions about your payment please contact PayPal at paypal.com.

 

5. How do I know the Teas and/or Coffees that I am getting are the real thing?

Our Teas and/or Coffees come from the companies that make them but if there is any doubt you can Contact Us at any time to confirm about any products that we offer.

7. What is your return policy?

Our policy on refunds is final. Most of our products and/or services we cannot do refunds due to service or reasons due to the item. We will always try to work on the problems that you have. On some of products we can do refunds within certain days and other we cannot do any refunds. All products that are organic cannot be returned due to it may have come in contact with contaminants. Also, all Fees are non-refundable. Shipping not included.
